Digital Marketing Specialist – Web, Search and Analytics

We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who will be responsible for managing, measuring and implementing content, SEO and measurement across our brand websites.
You must be results driven, creative, organised, love data and be passionate about improving insight and performance.
Scope of the Role
Search
- Leads local SEO strategy execution in support of brand strategies and objectives
- Responsible for SEO budget and defining measurement of ROI, along with KPIs and relevant metrics.
- Track and analyse performance campaign data from digital campaigns, and use insight to improve PPC campaigns.
- Plan and implement SEO and PPC plans, with defined targets using customer insight and analytics data.
Web
- Work closely and collaboratively with local and Global stakeholders to ensure our web assets are up to date.
- You will be comfortable taking responsibility for CMS processes to ensure we maintain high publishing and compliance standards.
- You will have experience with envisioning how customers interact with online platforms, and will want to use data, UI/UX skills and your platform knowledge to refine this vision to create impactful online customer experiences.
Analytics
You will play a critical role in generating insights and trends from a variety of data sources (think GA4, Amazon Advertising, IRI, Shopper data)
- Analyse digital data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with team members to drive the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for optimisation
- Provide recommendations for improving website user experience and conversion rates based on analysis of user behaviour
- Monitor and report on industry trends related to digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behaviour

Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as marketing, IT, and business intelligence to integrate data and insights into decision-making processes
Experience Required
- University Degree in relevant field and typically a minimum of 4 years work experience required
- Community management experience would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Project management skills and ability to deliver on time.
- Highly motivated, confident, resilient and positive attitude.
- Passion for digital and online media.
