Based in Newry, Co. Down and shipping to customers all across the World. Due to continued growth and expansion plans we are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital team based in Newry.
As Digital Marketing Specialist for Kukoon Rugs, you will be given full responsibility for developing, implementing and managing all digital marketing campaigns. Driving brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition, you will get the opportunity to really make your mark in our business from day one.

Digital Growth - Responsible for increasing our user base, we know we have the product and service, let's put it in front of as many new customers as possible. The sky’s the limit!
- Working with the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing plans which deliver our digital marketing strategy across all of our online platforms to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to achieve business goals.
- Lead paid media multi-channel strategy and grow customer base by developing timely and creative campaigns targeted at the right audience
Data Analysis - We dive deep and stay focused on the details. Reports need to be timely and accurate, so we build trust across the business and make the right commercial decisions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Working closely with the eCommerce Manager to ensure that customer journeys and messaging are joined as seamlessly as possible from our digital marketing channels to our websites.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Liaising effectively with other internal departments including Commercial, Retail, Product, Operations and Finance, Merchandising and Customer Service.
We’d love to meet someone with..
- Degree in Marketing/Business or minimum 3+ years’ experience in a commercially focused digital marketing role, with a good understanding of digital technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.
- The ability to demonstrate how data can be analysed and utilised to make decisions which continuously improve campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Google tech (Docs, Sheets etc) plus Microsoft Excel.

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
