Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. The role is to implement online marketing strategies through all social media accounts. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating through online channels, we would like to meet you. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more contacts and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Formulate a functional social media strategy with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Pro-actively create engaging text, image and video content.
- Drive engagement through social media channels, with an in-depth knowledge of how each channel benefits each aspect of the business.
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Create and maintain HTML emails
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Be the go-to person for knowledge of social medial delivering optimal results for campaigns.
- Develop and deliver reports to demonstrate ROI and KPIs achieved
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and campaigns.
- Complete competitor analysis and provide a report on the findings.
- Provide a quarterly marketing strategy, based on the requirements provided by the business.
- Maintaining and updating the company websites
Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally with experience in a property finance environment
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video), with the ability to implement an idea from conception through to completion.
- Good Knowledge of HTML
- Experience in using Mailchimp
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Experience meeting and exceeding social media KPIs.
- Good attention to detail.
