Job Responsibilities:

· Participate in the development and execution of the global social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, maintaining, and managing the day-to-day activity for the EMEA region.

· Support the regional business development and operational team. (Creating/providing & managing marketing collaterals and tools such as decks, case studies, testimonials, eBooks, surveys, etc.)

· Assist with content planning and creation (written and visual)

· Support content management and editing of website pages. (WordPress)

· Repurpose popular content across multiple platforms.

· Assist with email marketing such as internal/external newsletters, prospecting emails, etc.

· Help with the organisation and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.

· Participate in conducting market research to identify the target audience’s needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.

· Provide assistance with recording, editing and promoting of podcast episodes.

· Collecting data and creating monthly reports

· Maintain & manage relationships with marketing partners.

Required Skills:

· 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience

· Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), management and best practices.

· Experience with Canva and ability to create visually appealing presentations/marketing assets.

· Good experience with CRM’s or email marketing/automation tools. Ie. HubSpot

· Good experience with CMS’s, such as WordPress

· Experience with content creation/copywriting.

· Experience with audio/video editors – desired.

· Experience with Podcast management - desired

· Ability and willingness to work on multiple projects and hitting deadlines.

· Creativity

· Excellent problem-solving skills. (You should be able to solve many problems yourself but also research and develop solutions for more complicated issues.)

· Strategic thinking as well as ability to execute.

· Willingness to learn and become better every day.

· Experience working with remote teams.

· Proficient with the use of Microsoft Teams.

· Applied understanding of marketing principals and best practices.
