WHAT YOU''LL DO
Position Overview
You will work closely with the LAB (London, Amsterdam and Brussels) Digital Marketing Manager (line manager) in designing and delivering digital campaigns that grow the brand and engage target audiences. You will maintain BCG’s LAB digital and social media channels, consistent with brand and editorial guidelines, and raise the bar in terms of what BCG can achieve through digital marketing.
What will you do
Main duties will involve:
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager (line manager) in managing, executing and developing our content strategy for both Marketing and Employer branding campaigns across LAB.
- Producing all social media posts for the LAB region to a high standard, including reviewing social media content created by other team members.
- Originating social media copy suited for final / close to final use.
- Creating visual assets for marketing campaigns, including producing/editing videos, images and infographics.
- Aligning with our global design team to ensure all content follows BCG brand guidelines.
- Working with all LAB marketing squads and recruitment teams to understand their campaign messaging and goals, sharing expertise and insight into how best to execute via digital channels.
- Publishing social media content to LAB channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Analysing social media trends, making ongoing recommendations for delivering better social media activity and results.
- Applying excellent communication skills to create, adapt and tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences.
- Positioning BCG LAB as a leader in designing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns within BCG, influencing the global agenda with your ideas and experience.
- Publishing to or editing the LAB pages of BCG.com, as needed.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 3-5+ years’ experience in copywriting, designing content and digital marketing. This should include substantial experience in: quickly writing original copy; copy editing; proofreading; developing engaging digital assets; and publishing. You will be a specialist in each of these areas.
- Portfolio of prior projects demonstrating your skillset in creating captivating content for social media and other digital channels.
- Extensive design experience using online tools such as Adobe creative suite, as you will be the key resource for developing digital assets.
