Purity is a vibrant and exciting full-service telephone and digital fundraising agency specialising in charity and NGO fundraising. We are passionate about what we do and proud of delivering excellence as standard for our clients. Working with a range of UK charities including Greenpeace, Air Ambulance charities and Prostate Cancer UK, focusing on the entire supporter journey from campaign creation to capturing supporter donation across multiple channels.

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Digital Campaign Manager to create end to end digital campaigns and help shape digital strategy for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for fundraising and knowledge of the non-profit sector. Previous experience in fundraising will be an advantage, although not a necessity for the right candidate. This is an exciting role with a clear career progression route to a senior position within the agency, as the right candidate will be able to mould this role around them and look to build and lead an internal digital team. You’ll be joining a friendly and inclusive company that believes its staff are its greatest asset. A supportive and encouraging working culture gives our team the freedom to grow and learn and helps us to achieve our goal; to provide the best quality fundraising in the sector.

Digital Campaign Manager

The role will consist of working with different points of the supporter journey, from initial aquisition to using different channels to communicate with lapsed supporters. An ideal candidate would have experience engaging users with their content across social, email and paid advertising.

An ambitious and self-sufficient person is needed to explain to clients the need for certain forms of communication and lead generation campaigns. The description below details the tasks that will be undertaken within the role.

· Step by step process and progression of charities campaigns, building the bigger picture for the client. Supporter journeys are hugely important to our clients, therefore experience in supporter or customer journeys would be essential.

· Email marketing copy and creation. Someone with proven experience in writing clear, effective, and engaging copy.

· Proven experience in paid and organic social media, focused primarily on Facebook and Instagram ads but any other social channels would be a great benefit.

· Design skills would be very beneficial to the role as much of our work is creative concepts for clients.

· Great communicator that is easily and effectively able to build relationships and partnerships with clients and other team members.

· Strong project management experience and strategic mind.

· Ambitious and comfortable growing the team in the near future.

· Proven experience within a digital marketing or social media role.

· Experience in audience targeting and being driven by data in your decisions.

· Comfortable presenting data and analytics to different audiences.

· Proven ability to work to deadlines and managing workload.

· Managing budgets for paid social media as well as any future digital team budget.

· Ability to be flexible, respond positively to change. Campaigns for our clients can change and we need someone who is open to new ways of adapting.

· Passion for the charity sector and doing something that makes a difference is essential.

· Previous experience with a charity or fundraising agency welcomed
