The Waldorf Hilton London is an iconic & historic London hotel built in the late 1800, located in Aldwych.
The hotel features 298 Guest Rooms, including 19 suites. Blending Edwardian “Du Siecle” with modern comfort. Our hotel sits in the center of London’s glitzy theatre district, just a few minutes’ walk from Covent Garden, The Royal Opera House and Trafalgar Square.

Job Purpose:
Drive our social media channels to increase the engagement and follower count across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Run monthly social media ads to increase brand awareness for the hotel and the Food and Beverage outlets, as well as designing creative assets across all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Support the Food and Beverage department by developing and implementing promotional activity, collateral and in-house merchandising as well as maintaining the hotels’ media library to include video, film and press coverage archives
Promote the hotel and food and beverage outlets across our social media channels, utilising boosted posts and social media adverts run through the Meta Business Suite
Create social media strategies for each area of the business inclusive of competitor analysis and complete quarterly social media audits
Update the social media calendar and schedule all content; whilst re sharing and reposting. Whilst also tracking all social activity and analytics that are shared in a weekly social media report
Organise influencer collaborations, maintain influencer lists, media packs and influencer giveaway merchandise
Assist with and, where required, lead on-site photos shoots and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration approvals are completed and confirmed
Be a brand champion for the hotels ensuring all collateral conforms to agreed brand standards, using the right tone and voice compliant with corporate guidelines
Support the team in executing effective content management across all available channels, including hotel websites, OTAs, social media, mobile marketing and partnership programs
Support the team across all areas when needed and stay up to date with new marketing and social media trends
Preferred Qualifications/skills:
A Bachelors degree in marketing (or similar subject) or experience equivalent, alongside having experience of implementing digital campaigns and using Meta Business Suite.
Have excellent command of English-grammar, spelling and spoken, being assertive where necessary.
Have an administration background with good skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Canva, Premiere Pro and other Adobe design programs.
Have a passion and appreciation for the food dining scene.
Be creative and innovative in your work, as well as pushing yourself to find original ideas that stand out.
Have good organisational skills.
Be able to work on own initiative and able to make decisions when necessary.
Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be a positive and enthusiastic team player and remain calm under pressure.
