Job description
As a digital markeing manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the customer base and revenue. This could mean coming up with new ways to market the Print-on-demand custom products and dropshipping services, and finding new ways to acquire potential business partners.
Job responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the E-commerce operation, include managing B2B/B2C/B2B2C e-commerce platforms, to promote business growth and achieve business goals
- Analyse market trends, manage online stores and implement effective pricing strategies
- Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rates, etc. and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning
- Organize and implement various online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Plan and implement an efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program
- Search engine optimization including SEM/SEO with SEO focus
- Plan and implement efficient promotion strategies on social platforms (Facebook/IG/Twitter/YouTube, etc.)
- Identify and develop effective promotion channels (KOL, livestreaming) conducive to promote and boost sales
- Work closely with Sales team to establish strategic partnerships and expand sales channels
- Lead the team to complete the operational indicators, conduct and implement department monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
- Follow up on the implementation progress of the operation plan, collect and analyse the operation data on a regular basis, and formulate an effective counterstrategy for the product operation strategy
- Perform ad hoc assignments by management
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, engaged in digital marketing and E-commerce operations or other related positions for more than 3 years
- Well understanding on development trend of the latest e-commerce industry, and with relevant background and working experience
- Experience in E-commerce/ B2B or B2B2C Sales of SaaS/ PaaS field for oversea markets is an advantage
- Proficiency in SEO is must, with Google and other related certificates is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing agency is a plus
- Experience in managing and operating third-party e-commerce platforms (Pinkoi, Etsy, Amazon, etc.) is an advantage
- Clear goals, strong data analytical and logical thinking skills. Proactive, good self-learning and driving force
- Excellent communication and coordinating skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: £3,000.00-£5,500.00 per month
