Who are we hiring?


This is a key role to support the Head of Digital Marketing to drive growth through online activity and lead generation across several global brands and online platforms. To assist with SEO, CRO, PPC, UX, content, email marketing & marketing automation, digital analytics and campaign performance. To assist with the preparation of regular and ad hoc reporting. To act as a liaison between the marketing team, digital agencies and members of the wider Instant team. You will be part of a fast-paced team where there will be a high level of autonomy allowing you to demonstrate your problem-solving skills, desire for learning and ability to consistently deliver excellence.


What will you be responsible for?


  • Working towards meeting and surpassing monthly traffic and lead generation targets across key channels and markets
  • Manage search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising (PPC / display / social) activity
  • Manage our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme to drive performance from our websites
  • Manage ongoing & BAU email marketing campaigns & marketing automation platforms.
  • Use insight from Excel, PowerBI and Google Data Studio reports for the purpose of measuring and acting on digital marketing performance
  • Use reports to drill down into areas of underperformance to drive incremental improvement
  • Use third-party tools and technology to understand audiences and behaviours to feed back into campaigns
  • Work with agencies to drive performance, identify efficiencies, run regular tests, and implement results
  • Work with agencies and designers to create and run campaigns across multiple brands and markets
  • Help to translate new website features into technical specifications ready for development
  • Develop relationships with key Instant employees, external agencies, and partners
  • Assist with the content marketing strategy across the business, working with agencies and employees where necessary
  • Perform desktop research into our competitors, partners, and industry players
  • Work with the wider marketing across various forms of digital and traditional marketing activity
  • Keep informed and share knowledge of trends and news related to the digital marketing field
  • Assist in the delivery of a wide range of ad hoc digital projects


Automation

  • Develop, manage, execute and optimise marketing automation
  • Define customer engagement and contact strategies
  • Lead management/lead scoring, unsubscribe and preference centre journeys; lead nurturing
  • Manage email templates, landing pages, forms and campaigns
  • Setting up email segmentation and targeting
  • A/B testing of email headlines (to improve clickthrough rate) and content
  • Partner with sales (digital and corporate) to drive value from opportunities and clients via Salesforce
  • Manage marketing automation activity for events, webinars, promotion, and retention marketing initiatives
  • Content campaign planning and execution
  • Measure and improve customer loyalty
  • Improving customer growth, customer engagement, lifetime value


What are we looking for?


  • Strong digital marketing experience in a lead generation or e-commerce environment, ideally B2B audiences.
  • Experience of creating and maintaining your own website, blog or app is desirable
  • Experience and knowledge of search engine marketing, ideally B2B
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is desirable
  • Experience with Google Analytics is essential and Google Tag Manager is desirable
  • Experience with Google Data Studio is desirable
  • Experience working with developers in an Agile environment
  • Must be IT literate with experience across the MS Office and Google Docs suite
  • Understanding of basic HTML and CSS is desirable
  • Experience creating or modifying existing SQL queries is desirable
  • Experience using a wide range of digital technologies, tools and services
