Our marketing team is evolving and steering towards commercially led outcomes. Could you be our next Digital Marketing Manager to lead on this journey?
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be guiding and managing a team of 3 to enable commercial growth. You’ll be excited by taking ownership of large projects such as website architecture, brand development, user experience, usability, and accessibility.
You’ll be familiar with operating in a commercial team and feel in your element when creating and leading campaigns and understand how B2B works.
Cross-collaboration is key, and you’ll want to nurture relationships closely with design, content, product, and performance professionals both internally and externally to ensure the effective execution of digital campaigns.
As Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- The development and execution of the digital marketing strategies across various channels including website, email, social media, PPC, SEO, display and mobile.
- Leading the digital strategy for B2B campaigns across a portfolio of services and industries collaborating with Campaign and ABM Managers on how best to achieve revenue objectives.
- Providing analytics and reporting on key performance metrics e.g., website traffic, user behaviour, conversion rates, PPC campaigns, increasing ROI and give solutions on how to rectify any performance issues.
- Proactively overseeing and monitoring output across social media channels and create and manage e-mail marketing campaigns to optimise engagement, conversions, reach and visibility
- Managing and reviewing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve business goals.
To be successful in this career you’ll:
- Showcase your experience as a digital marketing manager or similar digitally focused marketing role.
- Worked in an IT Service, IT Consultancy, Technology environment or similar industry, or been readily involved with technology or software related projects.
- Be able to confidently articulate and demonstrate how you’ve rearchitected a website.
- Have a clear understanding and experience of working with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Be self-confident in your interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive in your analytical and data interpretation skills coupled with high attention to detail.

You have a choice of working remotely in the UK, Ireland or Republic of Ireland or hybrid at a Version 1 office location near you.
