LunchEAZE is seeking a results-driven candidate to join our dynamic team in Fremont, California. As our Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the owner of your own marketing strategy across all platforms, and be the creative and strategic leader of the marketing division.
You will be the complete owner of our Influencer and Ambassador program, directly managing the content, strategy, and payouts of over 20 influencers with over 50 million monthly impressions. You will create and implement innovative social media campaigns that engage our target audience and grow our network of influencers and brand ambassadors.
Your creative skills are highly important to the team, we’re looking for someone who can create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content, manage our own social media pages, as well as conceptualize and execute on advertising campaigns.
Finally, you will need to analyze the performance of all social media campaigns using Google Analytics and Excel, Meta business suite, and other analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that captivate our target audience and amplify our brand message.
- Build and manage our network of influencers and brand ambassadors, analyzing their social media performance and determining their monetary cost in the context of our overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, management, and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content that's in line with our brand standards, to be used across social media channels, website, email campaigns, and other media materials.
- Manage our own social media pages, creating content, posting on social media, and engaging with users via comments and DMS.
- Execute social media advertising campaigns that maximize ROI, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Use Google Analytics and Excel to track website traffic and sales to measure the success of social media campaigns and influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements and Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a social media manager, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective social media campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and Google Ads, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
- Excellent photography, video editing, and graphic design skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must have.
- Experience with email marketing through platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact is a must have.
- Working with DSLR cameras is a very strong preference.
- Understanding and usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Strong analytical skills and financial understanding to determine the cost vs benefit of social media campaigns and influencer marketing strategies.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid in-person role. We are a small team, and constantly collaborating, so being in the office several days out of the week is a requirement. But, we know that remote work is great for creativity, and are offering a hybrid work structure.
