You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, and you'll have agency experience, so you understand the importance of delivering results for clients. You'll be confident, articulate, and well-organised, and you'll be able to manage channel specialists to ensure that all aspects of the marketing plan are delivered to the highest possible standard.
We are data and ROI focussed, so you'll need to have a strong focus on reporting and be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of success. You'll be comfortable with both digital and non-digital marketing and be able to incorporate both in your strategies.

The Role:
This is a predominately remote role, however you will be required to meet at our London office from time to time for creative sessions and team meetings. You may also be required to attend client meetings in person from time to time.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients across a range of industries.
- Manage and mentor a team of channel specialists and content creators.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop insights and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives and ensure campaigns align with their business needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide regular reporting to clients, highlighting performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance
