Purpose of the Role
IriusRisk’s Marketing Team plays a key role in driving this growth, and consequently is looking for an energetic, driven, results-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing Manager based out of the United Kingdom to take a leading role in the next stage of our growth trajectory. We are looking for an individual with an execution-focused mind and practical approach to jump on board and help drive our Digital Marketing initiatives globally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Owning and managing all of IriusRisk’s digital marketing activities, including paid and organic programmes, the company website(s) and social media- Owning and managing our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) to effectively streamline our Digital Marketing and and general marketing processes - from audience management, segmentation, behavioural analysis, traffic monitoring/reporting and lead scoring to aid in our overall GTM Marketing and Sales activities
- Define the strategy for our websites and execute on the delivery of a busy main website, a growing forum and a Community Product website
- Work with the Global Marketing Team on defining and implementing the digital aspects of various GTM and Campaign activities - across Prospects, Customers and our Community Edition users as well as to our ever-growing Forum
- Work with our Data Protection Office and take ownership of Iriusrisk’s data strategies across key geographies to understand what data is available and how it can be integrated into our own databases for demand generation activities and compliant with various data regulations and requirements from around the world
- Work with our digital agencies, where appropriate, to manage both our Paid and Organic Search efforts and budgets
- Be a key point of digital communication and alignment across marketing, product, sales teams, and customer success teams
- Effectively manage the budget that we have set to ensure maximum return on our investments

Requirements
Essential Skills
Must have experience with Hubspot Enterprise Marketing Automation and Content Management (for design and managing multiple websites), Google Suite (Analytics 4, AdWords, Search Console, Tag Manager, YouTube etc.), Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn and Twitter Campaign management experience- Nice to have experience of DoMo, ABM Tools and Tactics, Intent Management Tools, Forum Management tools
- Proven B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) digital marketing experience
- Experience with one or more cybersecurity vendors and marketing complex security solutions
- Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including product management, sales, comms, and marketing
- BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Post Graduate qualifications in Digital Marketing
- Managing digital marketing agencies (website, marketing automation and search marketing) to budget and time targets
Desired Experience
Commercially minded with a clear understanding of the GTM Funnel approach to marketing and the ability to report on both pipeline volume and velocity- Experience with project management tools such as Asana
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Amazon Market Place for Partners
- Experience with Forum Platforms such as GainSight/Insided

Ideally, you have a deep technical curiosity and aptitude and a love for all things digital marketing related- You are detail-oriented and focus on execution and results/outcomes
