GROUP DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We have just embarked in a journey to boost our global brand and we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our recently created Global Brand Team.

Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, you will be part of the broader Learning & Innovation (L&I) team. A few crucial considerations before we get into the detail:
- The role will be preferably based in Madrid or London, but we will consider all candidates at this stage.
- Native English is required as this role requires excellent copywriting skills and international stakeholder management in English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Mission of the Role:
As Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Design, develop and implement the global digital marketing strategy for the Group.
- Oversee ISP’s digital communication channelsend-to-end including planning, management and monitoring of our website and social media channels.
- Support and advise Regional and Local teams on their own digital plans.
Your main goal is to help grow our brand’s influence globally by increasing brand awareness and consideration for ISP in line with our new brand identity. You will be developing and managing digital strategies including traffic & inbound campaigns that will ultimately generate leads helping ISP schools around the world to become the first choice in their local markets (“Schools of Choice”).
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our central digital marketing strategy including annual planning, managing and maintaining a marketing database, emailing, content creation and advertising campaigns.
- Planning & managing all digital channels including our website and social media platforms.
- Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase enrolments.
- Developing and implementing a new CRM central program.
- Foster a culture of successful collaboration through creating procedures, guidelines and protocols which will support Regional and Local Teams on shared needs.
- Meeting with the Regional marketing teams as well as external agencies to define strategies and requirements.
- Supporting the Global Communication and Content Manager in setting digital channel performance targets that link to ISP’s vision and strategy and measuring success against these.
- Creating, reviewing, editing, and publishing all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
- Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Optimisation.
- Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics to support website traffic and lead generation.
- Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyies that drive actions and improvements.
- Keeping abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology that might affect our industry.
The skills, qualifications, and experience we are looking for:
- Excellent leadership and COLLABORATION (in capital letters) skills with internal staff and external stakeholders: kind, open-minded yet bold and creative.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Digital media, or relevant field for this position.
- We don’t believe that years necessarily reflect someone’s past experiences and skills, but as guidance we will be considering 5-7 minimum years of experience, not necessarily in the Education sector.
- Digitally skilled: profound knowledge and understanding of the modern digital ecosystem, especially social media channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Husbpot CRM)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing Search Engine Optimisation/Search Engine Marketing, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Excellent communication skills: a confident communicator with ability to create and produce content in harmony with a brand’s tone of voice.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Pay-Per-Click campaigns on all major search engines.
- A problem solver rather than a problem creator: can-do attitude: results-oriented / objective-driven. Ability to coordinate, collate and interpret data.
- Ability to work simultaneously on several tasks and projects.
