Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence, attracting prospective clients, and nurturing existing relationships through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

This position presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional to make a significant and influential contribution within a rapidly expanding UK property finance brokerage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Devise and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilise various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with external partners.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to expand brand reach, engage with the target audience, and build a strong online community.
  • Create and curate captivating content for social media platforms, schedule posts, and monitor social media interactions and engagement.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Email Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to support business objectives and maximise customer engagement.
  • Define target segments and create targeted email campaigns tailored to different customer personas.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse data to optimise email performance and increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Create compelling and personalised email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, event invitations, and automated email sequences.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date email databases, managing subscriber lists and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing campaigns with overall marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions.
  • Implement email automation workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive customer retention.

Website Management and Optimisation:

  • Oversee the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimised for lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO best practices and ensure the website remains up-to-date and relevant.

Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Develop compelling and informative content, such as blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage target audiences and position the company as a thought leader.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including the company blog, social media platforms, industry forums, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance, analyse user engagement metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise content effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, provide actionable insights, and present findings to the management team.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the property finance or real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to track performance and derive insights.
  • Proficiency in managing websites, CMS platforms, and SEO optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
