Digital Marketing Manager Remote
Job description
We're on the hunt for a talented digital marketing superstar to join our SEO agency as a digital marketing manager. The position is either in our offices in Cheltenham or remote.
As part of our in-house marketing team, you will need to lead the way on building and managing the marketing functions of the business. This will include funnels, video, sales automation, lead generation, social media and be at the forefront of our brand. You will need to have at least three years of digital marketing experience. The candidate must have a proven track record of creating and managing high ROI cross channel marketing campaigns.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic marketing plan for our brand in both the UK and the US.
- Lead and manage any general marketing.
- To continually develop and improve the design, content, and optimisation of our websites and app.
- Increase leads both for the sales team and shop.
- Lead and manage our funnel, lead and sales automation strategy and implementation.
- Plan and build campaigns through Hubspot.
- Create graphics for all types of media, including social media and websites.
Key skills we are looking for:
- Experience and demonstrable success as a Digital Marketing Manager in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing, creating and implementing campaigns simultaneously using digital channels including email, web, social media, and third parties.
- Demonstrable project management/campaign management experience, ideally with product management and communications expertise
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and meet competing demands.
- Be comfortable with working on your own as well as part of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Three to five years of digital marketing experience.
- One to three years of managing others.
- Experience with HubSpot, Funnels, Video and E-Commerce.
- Marketing Degree, Diploma, or Higher Education qualifications.
Job Package & Benefits
- Hybrid in office 2 days per week if in Cheltenham or remote.
- Starting salary of £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 depending on experience.
- Performance bonus (Up to £10,000.00)
