Job Title: Care Assistant
The Company will be providing care and support to individual people; from daily hourly visits up to full 24 hour care. Therefore, we have a combination of work patterns available which could easily help you achieve the perfect home/work life balance.
Duties:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in care facilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Following care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday (Mornings & Evenings)
The position is subject to a suitable Enhanced DBS check and references.
SPONSORSHIP TIER 2 VISA REQUIREMENTS:
- Care experience (you must have at least 6 months experience working in the UK as a Care Assistant if you're looking for 20 Extra Hours or a Switch
- You MUST hold a valid Driving License
