The role:
- Working alongside the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, you will be responsible for the strategy and day to day management of our paid digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, Display & more) and SEO to drive return on investment and customer lifetime value across online (UK and International) and in-store.
- You will build, lead and develop our digital marketing team and evolve our channel mix to deliver business growth in the most cost efficient way.
What will the role/ responsibilities include?
- Work closely with the Head of Digital & CRM, marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver traffic, sales and customer acquisition forecasts for our ecommerce and retail stores (UK and International).
- Own and manage a multi-million pound digital marketing budget, including optimisation, forecasting and invoicing.
- Drive brand awareness of our key campaigns online alongside our marketing and creative teams to increase reach, brand perception and desirability.
- Develop, implement and optimise data-driven performance marketing strategies in collaboration with our agencies across the full mix of digital channels, including paid search, SEO, display advertising, paid social, affiliate marketing and other new channels as they emerge.
- Hire, train & develop a digital marketing executive to assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions for optimization and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and affiliates to expand reach and drive growth.
- Hands-on implementation of campaigns within ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Awin).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and channels for growth and innovation.
What are we looking for?
- Proven track record managing multi million pound performance marketing budgets to grow traffic, and sales.
- Experience managing and implementing campaigns in digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager (Meta), Google Ads and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills – Good working knowledge of excel/google sheets (vlookups, pivot tables etc.), with the ability to deep dive and understand key drivers of performance particularly improving ROI.
- Entrepreneurial – constantly reviewing opportunities to improve performance and test new initiatives.
- Strong SEO understanding and has built strategies to improve SEO performance.
- Prior experience managing an affiliate program (preferred but not essential).
- High attention to detail – closely managing campaign budgets and high quality campaigns.
- Great initiative – determined to make things happen and deliver strong performance.
- Experience working in Online Fashion is preferred.
- A relentless drive to succeed and overcome obstacles along the way.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and build great working relationships with internal teams and external agencies and partners .
