Digital Marketing Manager
Full time - Permanent
Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 6pm
Salary Range Up to £28,000
Location: Gillingham, Kent
We are Big Motoring World, the UK’s fast growing, multi award winning Car Supermarket group. In lines with our growth plan, we are expanding our digital marking team.

Our Digital Marketing Manager role involves:
- Develop a fantastic marketing strategy and take responsibility for its execution
- Manage and improve SEO
- Oversee SEM and its efficiency
- Create, manage and launch campaigns
- Manage & update web site monitoring traffic, conversion rates and campaign activity
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital channels
- Build and manage social media profiles
- Drive demand, grow leads and keep your audience in the funnel
- Manage our CRM and email marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaigns
- Contribute to the full range of marcomms activity
- Originate ideas and inputs into the annual marketing plan and all resultant campaign activity
- Develop insights, claims and key marketing messages to promote to support the brand.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a retail or Ecommerce space
- Up to date on current trends
- Drive for results – is accountable and measures success
- Tactical Execution – starts things, does them well, finishes them and evaluates them
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics and other reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Pro-active approach and forward thinker
- Effective measurement and assessment of activity – to produce learning’s and guidelines for future improvements

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
