Born from our founder’s frustration with tap water on her alcohol-free nights out, Ellie Webb began her mission to create the most tropical and fun-filled drinks to enjoy when, well, you’re not drinking. After traveling 5000 miles across Colombia to soak up the vibrant flavours and joyful vibes of her family’s homeland, she returned home to bottle it all up with the flavours of the tropics. She danced and distilled in her kitchen until Caleño tropical non-alcoholic spirits were born, and we haven’t stopped spreading the joy since.
Two unique flavours and a global pandemic later, we’re continuing to bring the joy however and whenever you choose not to drink. Say no to FOMO and hola to a tropical non-alcoholic fiesta with Caleño!

ROLE OVERVIEW
Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager (12 month FTC)
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Location: Ideally London based. We have office hubs in London & Bristol that the team use on a flexible basis 1-5 days a week as part of our flexible approach to working location
Salary Package: Competitive (plus phone bill contribution, expenses & joyful benefits)
Role Mission: We are looking for a digital-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to join our team full time, to help us spread digital joy to chicas across the country.
What is your purpose within Caleño?
Lead the brand’s multi-channel paid social & search strategy
- You’ll be the brand’s in-house digital paid media lead, responsible for allocating budget and objectives to our multi-channel strategy in line with our wider marketing campaign
- Manage our industry-leading media agency
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure the strategy supports our wider marketing mission
- Ensure our paid media plan continues to drive industry-leading results, pivoting and reacting to fast-paced opportunities
- Manage the asset requirements and execution, with the goal of creating best practise and distinctive ads
Guardian of our distinctive brand website customer experience
- You’ll be managing the content, D2C commercial offerings and functionality of our brand website www.calenodrinks.com
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Senior Brand Manager to develop the website’s commercial offering in line with our marketing objectives – developing and launching new products, seasonal discounts and offerings
- Manage our web development agency, completing always-on maintenance tasks as well as new site functionality and design features
- Lead our multi-journey CRM strategy and content with the support of our media agency, providing customisable email comms for our customers and driving customer retention on our website
Elevate our impactful, thumb-stopping organic social media presence
- Help us continue to grow the brand through our organic social channels across Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook and Pinterest
- Through the management of our in-house Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the impact of our social presence through their creative assets
- Implement strategic levers throughout our always-on strategy to ensure we’re continuously optimising and innovating with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Management to grow our social community, from online brand partnerships to viral-worthy IRL brand moments
- Day to day community management of our online Caleño Familia with the support of our Customer Services Executive. Respond to customer enquiries and brand engagement in a personable and timely manner
Guardian of our distinctive global brand website customer experience

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Reporting Lead – measuring success across all of our paid and owned channels, and communicating with the team
- Directly support our trade team by creating global digital shopper marketing assets with the Senior Brand Manager

THE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS
- 5+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience in paid media planning and/or execution is essential
- Reporting skills via Excel or equivalent
- Experience using CMS across social media, email marketing and website design
- Team management experience preferable
