Aviko is a Potato Manufacturing company and one of the four largest in the world. We make, chips, fries, hash browns, delectable gratins, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers and a whole lot more. Our product range is available throughout the UK across restaurants, pubs and fast food operators.
Aviko is a forward-thinking company and has created a hub for digital marketing excellence; AVI Media, with the goal of supporting Aviko’s growth and helping Aviko’s customers prosper through digital marketing. We are seeking a digital marketing intern to join the team at AVI Media to support our growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for analytics and understand the power that data driven knowledge can have on a company’s marketing activities. We require a creative individual with the ability to use various analytical tools to understand customer needs and pain points and use this to help shape Aviko’s and Aviko clients content calendars.
- Media & Social watch – Monitoring publications and prominent social media influencers, relevant to the food industry, to keep on top of trends and content that is getting attention
- Research – Work with customers and consumers to conduct digital surveys and questionnaires to obtain insights through primary research
- Analytics – Delve into an array of analytical platforms to understand what’s relevant & important for our audiences.
- Content calendar – Propose & create customer focused content based upon research
- Content support – Support Aviko across Europe in the creation of content and its customers
- Manage content library & assist in keeping our database accurate
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ambition to learn about new tools such as MozPro
- An interest in using data and analytics to understand customers
- Excellent English and written communication skills
- Enrolment in a Marketing or Business Management course
- Organised and able to multi-task
