Why do we need your support?

As a small, but growing team we’re investing in our Marketing & Ecommerce strategies. Your role will involve working across a closeknit team to support the Marketing strategy with a primary focus on development of our Social Media and Email Marketing, so a background or interest in Graphic Design would also be advantageous. As our strategies progress you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role within the team based on your own growth and strengths, whether that is getting involved in other areas across the marketing mix or ownership of specialist areas.

Responsibilities of the Role

You’ll play a central role in assisting with delivery of overall marketing strategy with primary focus on:

  • Support development and execution of email marketing strategy to include workflows and lead generation.
  • Support Social Media Strategy, Content Creation and Management to include coordination with an external photographer/videographer.
  • Support with campaign graphic design.
  • Other duties include supporting SEO and Content Strategy.

Skills & Experience needed for the role

  • Experience in a similar role, particularly social media strategy and email marketing.
  • HTML knowledge essential, ability to write HTML would be desirable.
  • Experience/interest in Graphic Design advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM/Email marketing/Web Analytics software essential.
  • Commercially minded with a data-led approach.
  • Skilled copywriter.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and actively seeks development, keeping abreast of industry fields.
  • Interest/experience in Cycling is advantageous.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
