Digital Marketing Executive - Fixed Term

Home Based with travel throughout the UK to attend site visits in any of our Richmond Villages
Full clean driver's license and car are essential
Salary £25K - £28K depending on experience plus contractors’ allowance
Fixed Term Contract 12 months (Maternity Cover)
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Overview
Award-winning Retirement Village operator, Richmond Villages, are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead in generating engagement with our B2C markets.
You’ll be responsible for the oversight of all digital marketing channels including optimising the performance of our websites, building compelling social media posts and campaigns, optimising content and email performance to deliver powerful results.

What you’ll do
- Manage quarterly campaign planning and content across all digital marketing channels
- Lead on the development of our digital marketing strategy
- Forecast and monitor digital performance trends
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Design creative elements as part of digital/social campaigns.
- Messaging, copywriting and targeting for social / web campaigns
- Manage the website and portal platforms, optimising performance and demonstrating results through analytics
- Work with the Web Team to optimise the customer journey of our website and develop new propositions
- Create web page flashes, widgets and ongoing CMS amends
- Oversee and liaise with third party platform / agency providers
- Lead weekly / monthly digital monitoring calls
- Create concepts and strategy plans for brand ambassador content, briefing production teams where necessary
- Creation and execution of ongoing email marketing communications
- Lead social media training for internal staff
- Monitor the ongoing implementation of keywords in line with SEO strategies and scope of works for PPC activity
- Analyse our competitor domains to provide insight and opportunities for growth, researching new trends and strategies
- Develop imagery and infographics to convey messaging across all digital platforms
You
- You’ll need to be an accomplished graphic designer who’s creative by nature, with excellent copywriting skills
- Detail and data oriented with a passion for all things digital
- A clear, confident communicator, able to deal with colleagues, advisers, and third-party collaborators
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
- Approachable, organised and able to work on your own initiative
