About the role
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive - PPC and Inline on a permanent, full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly digital marketing team within one of the UK’s leading tour operators.
The purpose of this role is to help drive profitable sales through the delivery and evolvement of the global digital marketing plan.
Key accountabilities include:
- Building and maintaining paid search campaigns, both in-house and agency. (Including Google and BING PPC, Google discovery and display retargeting, in-line campaigns on meta search partners)
- Creating and managing automated bid strategies
- Analysing and reporting results of paid media activity to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations
- Communicating with and supporting other teams, including commercial, trading, marketing performance, SEO, agency and British Airways flights team
This is a busy, hands on role. Whilst this role works across digital marketing channels, we are looking for someone with experience working in Paid Search.
Our essential criteria for this role are:
- Excellent Numerate and analytical thinking with competent excel skills (including pivots, VLOOKUP’s) and the ability to use other data visualisation tools
- Comfortable working with and tracking budgets and media spend
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good industry knowledge and abreast of new functionality and developments in the PPC arena
- Previous experience of 1+ years in Paid Search, either agency or in-house
- Comfortable with communicating with a wide group of stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ability to commute to our Gatwick office, minimum twice weekly or plan to relocate before starting work
To help you decide whether you would like to apply for this role, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £26,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience), plus benefits.
Our offices are based just outside Gatwick Airport and we offer hybrid working (within the UK). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first four to six with us. We offer flexible start and finish times.
