Our wonderful gaff is located in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting to that part of the country isn't warming your cockles - please don't be put off from applying for this role.

The world has changed - particularly when it comes to ways of working. Most of our roles can be on a work from home basis if needed, but we'll ferry you in a few times a year from wherever you are in the UK for team or company days, or our famous giffgaff summer and Christmas celebrations.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and curious thinker to join our team to support the delivery of our most valuable channels


A key purpose of the role is to manage the day to day running of the Paid Search channel and assist with Paid Search planning and strategy by managing calendars and liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business, including UX (User Experience), Content, Product, Marketing, Brand and Commerce. And ultimately supporting the team to deliver success within the channel. And the fun doesn’t stop there, there will be other opportunities to get stuck into and work across other digital channels, and exciting new projects around the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of BAU (business as usual) and campaign activity across Paid Media marketing channels
  • Managing our partner agency to deliver the best outcomes for giffgaff
  • Reporting on, and analysing Paid Search activity and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Liaising with key stakeholder to ensure the Paid Media strategy is aligned and delivered on time
  • Support launching and testing new opportunities to better help giffgaff reach new audiences
  • Maximise the opportunities of Paid Media to ensure giffgaff is at the forefront of innovation within the industry
