WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Realize a great customer experience by assuring we deliver the customer in time what he has ordered and by keeping him timely informed with accurate information about the status of his orders and related queries and requests.
In this position, you will get to:
  • Receive and answer customer calls/queries related to customer orders;
  • Receive and review customer orders;
  • Process Product orders via ERP system;
  • Quotation management. Prepare quotes on request from customer and sales team;
  • Coordinate shipment with logistics department;
  • Be a single point of customer contact related to customer orders;
  • Issue credits/debits to customers;
  • Support finance in resolving payment disputes;
  • Effective backlog management;
  • Log/Report/Resolve customer complaints.
  • Work alongside External Sales representatives in supporting role.
  • Provide 1st line support to distribution partners
YOU HAVE:
  • Academic background:
    • Hold a Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Previous experience in or with:
    • Experience in a similar job position, preferably but not mandatory in a technical sales-oriented environment.
  • Skills/Abilities:
    • IT skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet;
    • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English language
    • Strong interest in order management systems (preferred);
    • Organizing: ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once using resources effectively and efficiently;
    • Customer Focus: act with customers (internal and external) in mind; dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all contacts involved in meeting the customer project needs; be a problem solver;
    • Order management: understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient
work flow; good at maintaining the total picture of a product order;
  • Team player: have a positive and constructive impact on the team; professional attitude towards different positions working closely with within the operations organization.
  • A Proactive approach to getting the job done.
  • High levels of resilience and attention to detail.
