We are on a mission to ‘Bring the Zing’ to soft drinks, with our 100% natural, low calorie, fruity drinks that fizz without any added sugar. Delicious, adventurous, award-winning flavours with the zing of cayenne extract to lift your day naturally- refreshingly different and never boring.

You can find us in retail, restaurant chains, on the high street, petrol stations, food service and HQs such as Facebook, leisure clubs and increasingly internationally.

To continue our momentum, we are looking for an ambitious, creative, eager marketer to join our fun and enthusiastic team. You will be someone who LOVES social media and brings energy and ZING to whatever environment you’re in! Thriving in a fast-paced role where each week brings new challenges and exciting opportunities, you will be a brand ambassador for Nix & Kix in everything you do. Growing and expanding the way we communicate with our audience, both online and in person, you will obsess over social media content and trends and have a passion for events and meeting people. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be an aspiring marketer that wants to learn and progress quickly, and can offer creative unique ideas as second nature.

We are looking for:
● Ideally a London based candidate.

● A desire to be part of a fast-paced growing start up brand.

● A challenger attitude - we are in a massively competitive space, so having great ideas and problem-solving skills are essential to success.

● Confident and energetic person with a go getter attitude.

● A Nix & Kix Brand ambassador – who can help us communicate with zing to inspire our wide and varied audiences and help us sell our products.

● Ability to represent Nix & Kix at samplings and events to constantly gain customer insights and look for ways to develop opportunities for the sales and marketing team.

● Social & digital wizardry – to capitalise on the ever-evolving social media landscape, support the marketing team to deliver brilliant integrated strategies and activities, develop creative content and manage communication with our online community.

● Someone who loves and understands TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms -following the latest social trends and marketing updates is a MUST.

● Someone who can ‘bring the zing’ with their creative ideas and think outside of the box (the whackier the better!)

● Someone who has a strong eye for detail and can create attention grabbing, well-performing content.

● A real team player who is keen to get involved with sales initiatives, merchandising, store audits and trade shows, anything that helps Nix & Kix grow.

Skills we’d like to see:

● Social media experience (you may have a decent following on your own social media and this would count as experience!)

● Previous experience in a customer facing role including retail, events or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory

● Understanding and use of TikTok and Instagram is essential.

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organisational skills.

● An entrepreneurial mindset – you want to progress quickly in your career and gain valuable experience

● Excellent photography skills (qualification not required).

● Strong understanding of how to create content that is in line with brand guidelines and works best for each channel.

● Trustworthy, reliable and self-motivated – this role may require you to work independently.

● Managing customer samplings at retail accounts and events.

● Strong reporting skills - sharing performance metrics and thorough feedback.

● Drive to develop your marketing knowledge and industry awareness and share inspiring updates with the wider team.

● Experience with the following tools is a plus:
○ Google Analytics
○ Meta for Business
○ TikTok
○ Social media planning and content apps such as Canva, Hootsuite, Unfold etc.
○ Drinks (and/or Food) industry experience is also a bonus, but not required.
