ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a skilled lead generator, who specialises in Paid and Organic Search.
You’ll be supporting the Head of Marketing, working across Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO, as well as contributing to other aspects of marketing.
You will take on the day-to-day management and optimisation across Paid Search and Paid Social as well as support our SEO efforts.
You will be responsible for delivering targets and growth whilst ensuring the campaigns are delivering a solid ROI.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management across various search engines and platforms.
- Managing large budgets
- Analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI, CPA, and other key performance metrics
- Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance based on weekly, monthly, and seasonal patterns
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic website traffic
- Ongoing research - analysis of SERPs, analytics data, plus competitor and industry activity
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Assist in delivering Social Media Marketing campaigns
- Making recommendations for conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Produce compelling copy to support marketing initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate will:
- At least 2 years PPC experience – either agency or in-house environment
- Strong understand of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- A proven track record in delivering successful PPC campaigns
- A deep understanding of Google Analytics
- A positive attitude, ability to work in a reactive environment and work well under pressure
- Self motivated attitude, ability to identify new marketing opportunities for the business
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
