Digital Marketing Executive - Graduate Opportunity London, England
Job description
This role is working on the AdInvestor side of our business. It will be your responsibility to guide and educate potential clients on how we use our in-house, proprietary technology paired with account management to achieve our client’s growth goals. Your ultimate goal will focus on increasing the number of customers and monthly revenue of our portfolio. You will have one year + experience in Digital Marketing, excellent client and time management skills, and a keen interest in digital marketing. Knowledge of new business preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
- To actively take part in customer calls and communicate the benefits of AdInvestor.
- Responding to client queries via Hubspot & other communication channels (email, WhatsApp and phone calls)
- To freely share knowledge, insights, best practice, tactics and ideas with your customers and colleagues
- To develop an understanding of your client’s competition, industry and marketing goals of, each prospective client
- Provide and report all sales updates and a summary of strategies back to the Managing Director
- To keep up to date with changes on Ad platforms
Key Competencies & Experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, demonstrating examples of building rapport with customers
- Knowledge of Google, META and Microsoft ads - how they work and how they can help businesses achieve sales or leads
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business objectives and goals
- Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, news, and data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage various tasks within a given timescale
- Strong time management skills
