The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Ecomm & Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive is required to support in executing the Digital & Ecomm teams roadmap, consisting of email marketing, affiliate marketing, website management, SEO and other digital marketing tasks where required.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience within a similar role and is able to clearly illustrate the importance of digital channels in developing and growing brands online.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the email marketing channel using Klaviyo, including the creation of weekly emails, database segmentation and reporting on performance.
- Creation of automated email programs to support introducing new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Implementing initiatives to help grow the email database
- Regular reporting of email performance (using Klaviyo and Google Analytics) and other digital channels where required including SEO and website metrics.
- Support with website management on Shopify including landing page and category creation, product upload and merchandising, banner changes, discount code creation, conversion rate optimisation and user journey improvements.
- Driving SEO best practice where relevant through onsite optimisations.
- Support with executing the affiliate marketing strategy and day to day management of the account such as approving appropriate affiliates and commission payments.
- Influencer sourcing and relationship building to ensure organic coverage across social media platforms
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working within a similar Digital Marketing role.
- Passionate and entrepreneurial digital marketing enthusiast with email and affiliate marketing experience.
- Understanding and demonstrable experience of email marketing (preferably with Klaviyo or equivalent) including best practice, creation, sending, segmentation, testing and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience with website CMS and reporting tools eg. Shopify and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO onpage, offpage and technical best practice.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and opportunities within this channel.
- A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong communication skills and collaborative personality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
