About the role
Digital marketing enthusiasts, we need you! Our Digital marketing team is growing… fast! We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work as part of our wider Marketing team helping deliver the digital marketing strategy. The role would suit someone who is new to the field of Digital Marketing who has a passion for customer centric performance marketing. You’ll be working predominately across paid campaigns on social and search, but also supporting on email, sms and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Support on the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, email, affiliate marketing and search, ensuring continuous optimisation and achieving KPIs.
- Closely work with the paid marketing team to setup and manage Paid Media campaigns across Google and Bing (including search, shopping and display) and Paid Social (including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube).
- Testing and monitoring ad copy/creative/bid management.
- Support the affiliate manager to implement a leading affiliate marketing strategy to deliver the best possible results.
- Assist the CRM team in driving acquisition and retention through email marketing and SMS.
- Regular reporting of digital marketing performance across all channels.
- Analysing performance and implementing optimisations to drive performance.
- Align with the creative teams to promote best practise for creative assets across each channel.
- Collaborate with third party agencies and internal stakeholders to continuously optimise our digital marketing content.
- Support with sourcing content for all digital marketing channels including paid advertising, email and affiliates.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and products.
- Monitor competitor and market trend data and apply learnings to campaigns.
Desired Experience
- Practical marketing experience would be beneficial.
- A desire to work across Paid Advertising, but also help the wider marketing team across exciting projects!
- Desire to learn more about retail marketing and bring new ideas, trends and insights to the table.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics.
- Solid analytical skills.
- IT literate with knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
- High levels of organisation.
