Digital Marketing Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the customer-facing digital experience at The London Clinic The post holder will edit our website, contribute to our social media platforms, deliver performance reports and help with manging data in our new CRM.
- Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
- Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) – this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties
- Produce, edit and manage content for The London Clinic website using the content management system (CMS) Drupal 9. Support with the delivery of our SEO strategy by optimising content online and addressing the technical considerations that impact SEO, with the help of tools like Site Improve and SEMrush.
- Actively monitor competitors in the market to identify opportunities for The London Clinic to optimise our digital presence and stand out from the competition
- Provide performance reports using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and present these reports to other stakeholders as required.
- Support the Communications team with the management of The London Clinic’s social media channels, through the creation and posting of content, channel monitoring, channel performance reporting and trend analysis.
- Supporting delivery of outbound digital marketing campaigns through various channels (Email / SMS)
- Manage the team email inbox, acting as the first point of call for general digital queries from across the business (with support from the Digital Manager), resolving queries where possible and allocating and prioritizing others for further work.
Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for digital and an understanding of the role and impact of digital in the modern customer experience.
- A data driven mindset when it comes to improving customer experience.
- Digital engagement programmes (CRM)
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Degree educated in a relevant subject such as marketing, business information or similar or at least 2 years of work experience within digital.
