The ideal candidate for this role will have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. You will be able to effectively plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable results across multiple digital channels.

About the role

Working both autonomously and with the support and guidance of other people in the company, you will be using your digital marketing skills to create content and lead the key marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate and email marketing.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Input and design of the agency digital strategy and plan.
  • Dealing with a range of internal team members and external clients.
  • Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns involving:

Content creation; copy writing and images.

Social Media channel management.

Website management.

Analytics reporting.

PPC campaign management.

Insight gathering.

Essential skills:

  • A few years experience in a digital communications and marketing.
  • Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques.
  • Ideally experience gained in a B2B environment.
  • Expert copywriting and content productions skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Be able and comfortable to advise and field technical digital marketing questions from clients.
  • Self-motivated and a quick thinker who can adapt quickly under pressure.
  • A team player, collaborative and confident in contributing to both Flame PR and our clients.
  • Knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
