Digital Marketing Executive
Pendragon PLC Head Office (Hybrid)

Due to the continued growth within our business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with experience within B2B Marketing to join our Digital Marketing Team team.
You will be a key member of the marketing department, and will be required to plan and execute paid search, display, video and social media campaigns aligned with best practice guidelines. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Leader, you’ll also work closely with the Social Media Leader providing support across both channels. You’ll be continuously looking for fresh and exciting ways to achieve set key performance indicators across organic social media channels.
What does the role of Digital Marketing Executive involve?
- Campaign planning/scoping and management (Google, Bing, Social Media platforms)
- Run regular campaign testing to learn and improve performance and provide insights to wider team
- Writing engaging ad copy aligned with objectives
- Analyse and interpret performance data to review against targets
- Communication of campaign performance reports & recommendations to various stakeholders
- Building relationships with campaign stakeholders and partners
- Ongoing campaign optimisation against best practice guidelines
- Competitor analysis
- Roadmap all testing and experiments for your franchises/departments
- Ensure budgets are managed against plan
What do I need to succeed in the role of Digital Marketing Executive?
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years experience with paid media campaign management on Google & Facebook
- Experience running paid media campaigns on Bing & Linked-in.
- Proficient in using full Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Google Analytics (GAIQ certification)
- Google Ads qualifications (fundamentals, search, display, video)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively within other areas of the business
- The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Email etc)
