Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality
Job Purpose
We have an exciting new opportunity for a marketer to join our small team, taking ownership of digital channels. Whilst this is a digital-focused role, your involvement will be across the entire marketing mix and being a small team, you will support across multiple projects. This is a great role for someone with marketing knowledge and a love of the industry, looking to develop their career.
Analysing digital performance, you will report on email, social, web and app performance, as well as building and scheduling email and social content. You have an interest in technology, being confident to learn and use systems and enjoy using social media, and be confident to train others to brand standards.
This is multifaceted role supporting the Marketing Director and wider team to deliver the Peach Strategy.
You’ll have some marketing understanding, ideally through CIM or degree-knowledge. You must be a quick learner, confident working with suppliers to push the business forward with CRM, app and email. You’ll be happy looking at data to draw conclusions, be proactive, a multi-tasker and flexible in your approach. No two days are the same, you must be organized, a self-starter and happy to work remotely, but also work well in a team where everyone gets stuck in! Some knowledge in Google Analytics and WordPress is advantageous, as well as working with email or CRM systems. You must have some understanding of the marketing mix and eager to learn.
You should have a genuine interest in food and drink, relishing the opportunity to get involved with a Top 100 Companies to Work For. As a market leaders and award-winning in sustainability, a passion and interest in this area will also be a benefit. You are comfortable taking ownership, confident, and not afraid to ask questions.
You should be comfortable with a changing environment, and value the opportunity to get going. You will have an eye for detail, will spot errors and strive to get things right first time.
Working Week
Our normal working hours are 9am-5.30pm, however a role in hospitality demands flexibility. There will be some travel, and the occasional weekend and evening work to support events when required. This is a remote working role, between home and in pubs, meeting regularly as a team. You must have a Full UK Driver’s License and ideally located in Warwickshire or Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
Maintaining websites and all third party online directories- Supporting digital activity for new pub launches and sparkles
- Reporting on web, social and email performance
- Building emails and developing our automation journeys
- Delivering our CRM strategy through segmentation
- Reporting on app use and implementing new loyalty journeys
- Reviewing digital activity of the competition
- Scheduling social content and training pubs to drive improvement
- Supporting wider team day-to-day
- Website improvements
- Delivering all digital campaign actitivy

Previous Experience
Understanding of the marketing mix and what marketing is in a B2C environments- Social media ownership at business level
- Some knnowledge of Atreemo or use of alternative CRM systems hugely advantageous
- Some knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics
- In pub working experience
- OpenTable knowledge and advantafe
- SEO and email marketing
- Analysing and demonstrating results
- Adhering to brand guidelines and working with tone of voice documents
