Due to our agency’s growth we are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our team with a keen focus on creating written content, in addition to supporting and often leading campaigns within the SEO department.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who possesses a strong and proven copywriting ability to assist with content creation for our SEO (blog) and short-form Social Media post content.

Additionally we are looking for a team player who is confident and articulates their opinion in areas such as client strategies and campaign performance.

The candidate should have a strong understanding and proven track record in delivering successful Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years SEO experience (ideally working for an Agency)
  • Strong understanding and proven track record in delivering successful Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns.
  • Reporting to our Head of Search for weekly content and marketing tasks.
  • This is a hybrid role where you will be required to attend the office at least once/twice depending on client or internal meetings with other days remote working from home.
  • Proven copywriting ability (long and short form content) for Social Media and SEO (blogs)
  • Ability to mix copywriting tone of voice and to a deadline.
  • Create and schedule Social Media posts across all relevant platforms.
  • Learning our process of scheduling social posts on our scheduling system.
  • Assisting with the creation of SEO/Social audits (on-page and off-page), backlink audits for all client websites and new business opportunities.
  • Assisting with client’s monthly service reporting on website performance, including analysis and recommendations.
  • Supporting the rest of the digital marketing team with various tasks, e.g. adding meta data to websites, outreaching for backlinks, populating website content.
  • Comfortable speaking to clients when needed on client calls would be helpful to showcase audit results and general knowledge within digital marketing areas such as SEO.
  • Tracking your daily activities accurately on time-management software, and working within specific timeframes for each client.
  • Basic understanding of Wordpress, PPC, Social Media and Email Marketing (training will be provided in certain areas)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in tools such as SEM rush, Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Knowledge of PPC & remarketing (Google/Bing)
  • Knowledge of Paid Social Advertising (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)

This role can be primarily remote or could be based in our main office in Ware, Hertfordshire. We will require you to come into the office 2 times per week.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
