Scope of Role
The Digital Marketing Executive position at Kingspan presents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the company's exciting digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities
The candidate should possess a can-do, positive, energetic, willingness and innovative mindset and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic working environment with responsibilities in the following areas;
Digital (90%)
- Support the Digital Team in the delivery of digital projects and tools across a variety of marketing channels and markets to support the business’s commercial and customer experience objectives.
- Support with optimisation of our new digital experience platform and website, including content build and updates where required.
- Support the local marketing teams with optimisation support and recommendations (supported by HoD) to assist in improving business performance and grow the sales funnel.
- Take ownership of a range of digital projects outlined by the Head of Digital
- Support in identifying opportunities for Ecommerce synergies across our digital channels
- Good understanding of a broad range of digital tools and applications with a genuine interest in innovation and pushing the boundaries in digital
- Be a point of contact for delivery and support for tools such as – SiteImprove, HotJar, Formstack, Live Chat, Klavejo Email Software (Full training and support will be provided as required)
- Good understanding of the online customer experience and the importance of strong UX across digital touchpoints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking – able to measure, analyse and make data-led recommendations using a range of analytical tools such as GA & AA
- Good understanding of SEO/SEM and associated optimisation tools in support of our search strategy
- Strong organisational, time-management and resourcefulness skills are important
- Become a digital brand ambassador as we continue our digital transformation journey
- Communicate strongly and effectively to rally supportive teams
Communications (10%)
- Tailor and execute the digital and communication plan that is aligned with the overall goals of the division. Responsibility for the divisional and thought leadership areas
- Develop ideas and briefs for the digital and communication plan
- Highly creative approach, able to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Create and monitor communication content calendars looking for synergies across division to get the best return
- Champion our divisional digital and communication strategy across all key platforms – web, social, internal communication platforms such as SharePoint.
- Report and be accountable for return on the activities deployed
- Strong content writing skills and ideas.
Person Specification
Essential
- Business or marketing-related degree/ studies
- Min 2-3 years’ experience working in a digital professional setting
- Organised with a pragmatic, hands on approach to work
- Presentation skills to various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- English – Full professional proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Desirable
- Demonstrate other marketing Qualifications and achievements
- Working within a B2B environment
- Creative skills
Working Conditions:
This position offers the flexibility of working from home two days per week, with the remaining three days spent at the Gilford Road site in Portadown, NI.
Both local and global travel may be required for team meetings and events.
Salary:
The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
Range: £27k-£33k
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
