Job description
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Ideagen, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts to continue achieving fast growth.
The role will reportinto the Senior Marketing Manager, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing engaging content marketing content for digital channels, including blogs, eBooks, emails, social media channels, etc.
- Ownership over social media channels and calendar
- Continual optimization of all digital channels to improve conversion rates and search performance, as well as understand what’s working and what isn’t
- Contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of website performance
- General administrative support on campaigns and CRM activities
- Support growth of podcast and video channels
- Understand the commercial objectives of the business and the role of digital channels in helping achieve them
- Creative communicator and fresh thinker, able to develop and pitch good ideas
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or relevant experience. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus
- Track record of executing and managing digital marketing campaigns preferable
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Capable written skills are a must
- Digitally savvy, experienced in using a range of tech tools, apps and solutions – HubSpot experience or similar is beneficial. Knowledge of digital platforms, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical skills to analyze and measure digital performance
- Passion for technology and well-read on business/technology topics
- Comfortable being accountable for activities and taking ownership where possible
