What will you do:
This role is to support the digital acquisition of new students, execute campaigns and ensure that our website and social media has the right content a the right time to attract the right customers effectively.
- Execute high performing digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, PPC, Social and Display, working with agency partners where appropriate to drive enquiries and bookings.
- Measure and analyse digital marketing activity and make recommendations for testing and optimisation.
- Report on digital marketing performance on weekly/monthly basis against KPIs
- Edit website content to enhance the researching and booking experience. Ensuring property information is kept up to date and accurate. Monitor performance and suggest ways of enhancing this experience on an ongoing basis.
- Report on web performance on a weekly/monthly basis against KPIs
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights, optimising spends and performance based on this knowledge.
- Update and optimise listings with 3rd parties to ensure accurate and up to date listing information.
- Build social media calendar and schedule posts in line with overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will have a customer-centric mindset, be detail orientated, highly collaborative and organised.
Website, app and digital marketing platform management experience is desired but a willingness to roll their sleeves up
