Digital Marketing Associate

With the continued expansion of the business and increases in market share, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced professional to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will focus on helping the company increase our presence on social media across a strategically selected range of platforms, plus brand awareness in the residential property industry. We anticipate this individual will also help to enhance and improve the firm's PR practice over the next few years, which will subsequently lead to further growth of our market presence.
As a Digital Marketing Associate you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day coordination of the company social media accounts
- Dealing with and generating client enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone, email or social media platforms
- Manage and promote properties on social media platforms, Rightmove and the company website in order to generate business leads
- To increase brand awareness and business using social media
- To be responsible for planning, drafting and designing marketing materials and social media content
- To plan and implement marketing activities and events
- To research relevant property/trade events and exhibitions to take part in
- Content research and preparation of bi-weekly marketing reports
Skills required:
- A relevant degree in PR, marketing, creative industries, journalism, media or other related fields from a UK university/college
- Experience in similar role
- Excellent English creative writing and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
- Ability to use Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop is ideal
- Ability to work well within a team and on their own
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident when dealing with clients
- Strong personal skills
- Keen to grow with the company

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus discretionary annual bonus
