Job description

Cadira is a contemporary furniture retailer based in Surbiton, South West London and Camberley, Surrey. We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to look after website, social media presence and e-marketing for our two separate brands.

The role involves assisting in devising and implementing our online marketing plan, as well as other marketing related tasks. In addition to the core tasks, there will be occasional involvement in sales activities, such as exhibitions.

We are looking for someone with a start-up mindset, hard working, ambitious and happy to be rewarded for measurable results.

Duties include:

- Develop and monitor PPC, social media and remarketing campaigns

- Continuous effort to improve SEO

- Market and competitor research

- Content creation and management for both website and social media accounts, ensuring consistency across the board and best practice in terms of user experience and SEO.

- Creation of email marketing campaigns

- Management of social media accounts

- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, banners, blogs, web content, etc.

- Monitor key metrics and produce regular reports

- Occasional involvement in promotional events and exhibitions, as well as occasional showroom support.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of B2C PPC and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and web development concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Be driven, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Knowledge of search engine optimisation
  • Experience managing advertising on Google, Meta and Pinterest
  • Adobe Creative Suite or similar and MS Office

Competitive basic salary, bonus scheme and generous commission on online sales.

Experience required: 2 years of Digital Marketing experience

Basic: £24,000 - £28,000 - OTE: £44,000 - £48,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
