Digital Marketing Executive

With the continuing development of Aspria and new brand introduction comes the exciting opportunity to join Aspria as Digital Marketing Executive reporting into the Digital Performance Manager. With several new clubs set to join the Aspria community in 2023, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious digital marketing professional to help shape and drive our performance strategy.
About the role
You will be a crucial part of our digital team, helping us to improve the performance of our digital channels and achieve our membership growth targets. In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Performance Manager and collaborate with other stakeholders to manage and optimise our digital channels, including our website, social media, and paid media.
Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, supercharge lead generation, and ultimately drive membership acquisition.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple European markets, languages, and networks.
- Support the Digital Performance Manager with the management and optimisation of paid search and social media campaigns, working in partnership with a Freelance PPC expert and agencies, to generate quality leads for the in-club sales teams.
- Optimise and assist with our digital channels, aligning with agreed KPIs to drive traffic and increase lead generation volume.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve website performance, including SEO rankings, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Analyse, report and provide valuable insights on digital performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hot Jar, SEM Rush, or Ahrefs.
- Adopt a continuous "test and learn" approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
- Support with the testing of new website functionality and features, proactively providing recommendations for the website development roadmap based on data and insights.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management, SEO, and paid media.
- Strong analytical skills and experience of using Meta Business Manager & Google Ads essential, with GA4 knowledge being a bonus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a desire to work for a health and wellness company like Aspria.
- Possess a genuine passion for digital marketing, staying informed on the latest digital advancements or platforms that Aspria can incorporate into its operations.
