Main Job Purpose:

As a Digital Marketing Executive within our Digital Ad Operations team, you will join a dynamic and forward-thinking group responsible for delivering high-volume digital advertising campaigns for both our customers and internal brands. Collaborating closely with the editorial, subscriptions, and commercial departments, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns that exceed benchmarks. The Digital Ad Operations team is at the heart of Artichoke Media’s digital operation, serving as a critical resource for achieving our digital growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and deliver various types of digital adverts across our network of magazine websites.

· Build and execute custom email marketing campaigns on behalf of our customers.

· Oversee the delivery and management of weekly/monthly brand newsletters.

· Perform minor updates to our magazine websites, ensuring accuracy and quality.

· Collaborate with the editorial, subscriptions, and commercial teams to proof copy for digital campaigns.

· Proactively manage your workflow to ensure timely completion of all tasks and meet required deadlines.

· Effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong writing and language skills, along with business-level computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Ability to quickly learn new products and solutions to adapt to evolving digital advertising practices.

· Keen interest in emerging commercial channels such as search, social media, and email marketing.

· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Exceptional administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in digital platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding.

· Business-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Familiarity with emerging commercial channels, including search, social media, and email marketing.
