Sales Assistant
Central Auto Repairs Ltd is a fast-growing, national company that provides a complete suite of business to business and B2B marketing solutions to small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and help us grow.
Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team, assisting in the process of setting appointments for customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer files, filing documents, and assisting with the purchase order process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take messages for the sales team
- Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to gather information about their needs
- Schedule appointments with customers for Central Auto Repairs Ltd’s sales team members
- Create and maintain customer files – including but not limited to updating customer information in CRM, updating records in spreadsheets, uploading photos, entering information into databases, etc.
- File documents such as invoices, purchase orders, etc. – both electronic and physical
- Assist with the order process including but not limited to making outbound calls to customers, creating invoices/purchases orders, filing documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Hours Are:
Monday to Fridays 8.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday 9am to 16:00*
*Saturdays
You would be asked to do 2 Saturday every month.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
