Digital Marketing Executive, reporting to the CMO
Ready to be the linchpin in a rapidly growing startup, bridging the gap between data and creativity, strategy and execution, analysis and intuition? We're searching for an enterprising Mid-Level Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes marketing and is bursting with innovative ideas.
With your can-do attitude, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying various marketing strategies, creating compelling content, spearheading social media campaigns, and diving deep into data to inform decision-making. This role is at the heart of our operations and is integral to our success as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
Innovate and Implement: Work hand-in-hand with our CMO and marketing team to design, execute, and refine high-impact marketing campaigns across various predominantly digital platforms. Your fingerprints will be on every marketing operation, shaping how we reach out to and engage with our audience.
Digital and Social tools Maestro: Use your expertise to harness the power of our digital tools and platforms including, but not limited to:
- HubSpot CRM
- Hubspot CMS platform
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- WordPress
- Canva
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Adobe Premier or iMovie (or similar) Google SEO
- Google Analytics
- Any experience of the Microsoft Partner Center and Microsoft licensing would be a huge plus
Market Researcher and Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting diligent market research to understand current trends, using these insights to inform our marketing strategy and keep us at the forefront of our industry.
Data Detective: Analyse our marketing campaign performance and create robust, data-driven reports that will guide our strategic decision-making. Your eagle eye for detail and ability to draw meaning from metrics will keep us on track to meet our objectives.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar marketing role.
Minimum A level education with Marketing qualifications from CIM or similar
Proficiency in digital platforms including LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM, Hubspot CMS, Google SEO, WordPress, Canva, etc.
Robust time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
An in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Experience in content creation, social media marketing, and analytics.
Skills & Desired Outlook:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and campaign outcomes clearly.
Ability to take the initiative, managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker who can troubleshoot and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about harnessing data for informed decision-making, with a knack for converting complex information into actionable insights.
Thrives in the dynamism of a startup environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to evolving circumstances.
Ability to identify target audiences and design marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
A love for continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
