· Good knowledge, understanding and use of social media channels and trends including; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
· Capable of learning how to manage the day-to-day running of the organic social media channels, including content planning, scheduling and analysis.
· Highly organised with excellent personal management and a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· A great communicator who maintains a positive customer-centric attitude, whilst always being motivated to continually test, learn and improve.
· Passion for creating engaging and creative content with the ability to deliver it with high quality and consistency through our clients’ tone of voice.
· An optimistic and positive attitude and willing to contribute ideas.
· Able to work in a team and be open to feedback in order to improve both yourself and others around you.
· Knowledge and understanding of target audience and audience segmentation and how to deliver content and campaigns to these, adapting tone of voice and using brand guidelines to so.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Salary: £18,000.00 per year
