Digital Marketing & Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Customer Service Executive who has a passion for online marketing, sales, all things creative to join our online team at Wet Wall Works.
You will be responsible for the creation of clear and consistent written content to be used to promote our business and products by building and schedule email newsletters, manage the social media channels and design eye catching graphics. You must have a sound understanding of social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Alongside this you will act as the first point of contact with customers, assist with order tracking and supplying general information about the company and products.
Responsibilities:
- Social media management - generating engaging ideas, producing content, and improving awareness on all social channels.
- Email marketing – Designing and managing email and Social Media marketing campaigns.
- Conducting regular competitor research.
- Working with website analytics and reporting on trend, social analytics and sector analysis.
- Work closely with in-house or external agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts and online content.
- Customer Service – Communicate with customers through phone, live chat and email, answering queries, liaising with the warehouse and problem solving.
- Processing phone orders and providing quotes via email and live chat.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of social monitoring and email marketing tools.
- Social media management.
- Building and engaging with new audiences on social media platforms.
- Developing digital campaigns.
- Monitoring, optimising, and reporting on campaigns.
- Confidence in using design packages.
- Methodical and organised method to work with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Photoshop and video editing software capabilities are strongly preferred but not essential.
- Be interested in or have experience of B2B and B2C marketing.
- Have an enthusiastic, agile and proactive approach to working with a demonstrable ability to take initiative and work independently.
