Digital Marketing Assistant
Webhive Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our small team. This role will be responsible for assisting with website marketing strategies for a variety of clients and digital marketing for the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is creative and organised, with strong writing skills and a good understanding of digital marketing best practices. You will receive on the job training on specific areas such as SEO, web design and content creation to support you with your duties.
Job Duties:
- Create engaging and well-researched content for websites, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, etc.
- Support & development of client SEO strategies.
- Create and analyse monthly website traffic and performance reports for clients.
- Create landing pages and simple graphics.
- Create reports for internal use.
- Upload content to websites using CMS like Shopify & WordPress.
- Manage client projects internally.
- Setting up & updating client portals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness through social media.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written English (this is essential to your role as you will be creating varied, well-written content for blogs, marketing campaigns & websites).
- High attention to detail and a good work ethic.
- 5 x GCSEs A*-C (including English Language).
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential.
- IT literate.
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite is a plus (but not required).
- Knowledge in Wordpress is a plus (but not required).
- Knowledge in Google Analytics is a plus (but not required).
- Knowledge in SEO best practices is a plus (but not required).
A small portfolio of written work samples would be a huge advantage to your application.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
