Job Summary:

Support Disney Destinations International in growing the consumer direct proposition for Disneyland Paris (DLP) UK/IE and support on portfolio activations (WDW O-EMEA and DCL) when required.

Contribute towards achieving the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for DLP through supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in all aspects of the planning, development, execution and evaluation of WDTCI marketing initiatives.


This role is based in London, UK and it will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage the creation of new website content to support the launch of product and offers for DLP and portfolio activations when required.

  • Brief in website updates and work with the DLP team managing content on disneylandparis.com

  • Responsible for setting up new website content across disneyholidays.xx domains using the Content Management Systems

  • Responsible for producing web content that adheres to SEO best practice, whilst reflecting brand tone of voice and strategic and commercial priorities

  • Work closely with the Development and Digital Production Teams, taking an active interest in User Experience best practice, ensuring continuous optimisation of the user journey

  • Work with the Performance Marketing Executive to set up PPC campaigns, creating tailored, in-language copy supporting strategic priorities

  • Work with the CRM Manager to develop and execute the CRM plan

  • Work closely with the Strategy and Commercial Teams ensuring strategic priorities are reflected across WDTCI touch points

  • Responsible for developing and updating pre- and post-booking consumer touch points, including guest documentation, collateral and IVR messaging

  • Work with the Legal and Product Teams, ensuring Terms & Conditions are obtained and content is accurate and compliant

  • Responsible for tracking, updating and working within allocated budget

  • Work with the social team to provide content direction to support the WDTCI objectives in creating social media content

  • Support the affiliate channel for the WDTCI DLP account

  • Undertake content audits to suggest recommendations for content improvement, ensuring content is up-to-date and optmised

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the promotional and PR team, when required to create DLP brand presence for WDTCI

  • Keep abreast of competitor activity, market research and customer insight to pro-actively use to enhance WDTCI’s marketing initiatives

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in compiling decks and presenting at relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Accountable for supporting with the delivery of marketing initiatives and working within and tracking budget

  • Accountable for keeping information up-to-date across Disney Destinations websites

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience working in a similar field. Marketing qualification, beneficial

  • Previous experience within a digital marketing role in a major multi-national marketing environment, essential

  • Demonstrated tactical skills related to implementation of marketing plans

  • Understanding and working knowledge of SEO, PPC, affiliate and social media marketing

  • Experience using SEO performance tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console, advantageous

  • Experience using JIRA, beneficial

  • Experience of writing effective and engaging copy, essential

  • Experience of operating and thriving in a large matrix organisation, beneficial

  • Marketing experience across multiple EMEA markets, advantageous

Skills Required

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to balance marketing programs across three brands for optimal execution and success

  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly analytical and results orientated

  • Creative sensibility and flair for writing effective copy

  • Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential

  • Other European languages not required but desirable

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); adept in use of video conferencing tools such as Zoom, essential
