The Digital Marketing Manager role is part of the Videojet marketing team, with hybrid working possibility. We are a close-knit team, with office-based support, so our associates are never ‘on their own’. This is an opportunity to grow Videojet’s incremental business, as well as an opportunity to build a career within the Marketing function at Videojet Technologies UK.
This role reports to the UKI Marketing Manager and has dotted line reporting to Regional Digital Marketing Manager.
Within your role as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Bring in new ideas and push the boundaries of existing practices by demonstrating a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset, to grow the business in the most cost-effective way.
Have passion for success.
Be open to developing and being challenged: be data driven, analytical and continuously monitor performance and KPI’s to improve results.
Work and collaborate with local and global marketing teams, and local sales team to generate incremental leads and win incremental revenue.
Manage, coach and develop two direct reports.
Actively participate in a full immersive onboarding experience, to learn about Videojet and its existing local and global processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
Manage website content to ensure a first-class customer experience, while supporting Videojet strategies and business priorities.
Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking, and optimizing of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns such as Google Ads. This includes identifying and tracking industry keywords and their popularity.
Build and maintain landing pages, building content and structure that drives CTR and leads.
Effectively and efficiently manage the PPC budget to maximize the ROI.
Manage content and engagement for Social Media channels
Drive impactful incremental revenue growth by generating high quality sales ready leads from new customers.
Work closely with the sales teams to identify market requirements and trends to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.

Key Requirements
Degree educated with 3-5 years in a similar digital marketing role strongly preferred.
Leadership experience, strategic and innovative thinking.
Demonstrated success in a metric-driven, quantified commercial environment and willing to implement and use a variety of problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement.
Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Advertising, Search Engine Marketing including campaign creation and optimization.
Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization including on-page optimization and link building techniques.
Thorough knowledge of Pay Per Click and key word optimization.
Experience using a web content management system and understanding of web design, development, and management processes. Practical knowledge of XHTML is an advantage.
